KTIS

About us

We support every child to learn with confidence and discover their own path.

Knowledge Tree International School is an educational community in Brașov, Cambridge-accredited and part of the Council of International Schools (CIS) network. We teach bilingually, in small classes, for children aged 6 to 19.

Our mission

To cultivate each child's unique potential through personalised learning.

We want every student to grow in a safe environment in which they are recognised, encouraged, and supported to develop academically, socially, and emotionally. We prepare children to become autonomous, responsible adults, able to contribute with confidence to the communities they belong to.

How we work

Four directions that guide us every day.

01

Personalised learning

Small classes and mentors who know each child very well. A Cambridge curriculum adapted to each student's pace.

02

Bilingual learning, step by step

Instruction in Romanian and English, alongside dedicated teachers, naturally preparing the way towards the high-school examinations: IGCSE and A-Levels.

03

Community, relationships and emotional safety

We build an environment where children learn to collaborate, express their emotions, handle mistakes, and grow together with respect for others.

04

Cambridge standards

KTIS is a Cambridge International School and offers Cambridge programmes for the Primary and Lower Secondary levels, with clear learning objectives and gradual preparation for the international examinations.

Our educational plan

The KTIS vision

We know that learning is synonymous with development, and to reach one's full potential, at KTIS we cultivate continuous learning and growth. We offer our students a safe, creative, and stimulating environment in which they can discover themselves and work on their talents.
